A Note on the Work

I'm not in the business of instigating change.
I am in the delicate and complex work
of allowing and empowering it.

Because I feel that ultimately,
you have the wisdom and the power
to bring about the changes you need.

My role is to notice it, observe it,
reflect it, and honor it.

In this space,
I have seen amazing change happen.

— Tania, holding you tenderly

Healing rarely happens
all at once. Here is the map.

Over years of working with clients, I've noticed that most journeys unfold through five natural phases.
You may move forward, backward, or revisit earlier stages.
But recognizing the phase you're in can illuminate the next step.

Phase 1

Reconnecting
With the Body

Many clients arrive highly functional but deeply disconnected — from their body, their pleasure, their emotional landscape. The first step is restoring safety in the nervous system.

  • Relief from chronic anxiety
  • Ability to relax for the first time in years
  • Receiving care and support from others
  • Experiencing love or connection in the body

Pathways in

  • Individual therapy · EMDR
  • Medicine for Rest containers
  • Brainspotting

Phase 2

Awakening
Desire

Once safety is established, something new appears — longing. Clients begin to sense the life they actually want, creative impulses returning, a deeper curiosity about pleasure and connection.

  • The life they actually want
  • Creative impulses returning
  • Deeper longing for authenticity
  • New curiosity about pleasure

Offerings that support this phase

  • Medicine for Inspiration containers
  • Artist Block workshops
  • Parts Writing workshops
  • Inner Child creative work

Phase 3

Healing
Trauma

Many believe trauma must be processed first. In reality, it often only emerges after the nervous system feels safe enough to experience it. This is where deeper material surfaces — and where the skill of the practitioner becomes crucial.

  • Early attachment wounds
  • Suppressed emotions and memory
  • Protective parts that shaped identity
  • Dissociation softening and releasing

Containers supporting this phase

  • Medicine Intensives (Catalyst · Alchemy · Evolution)
  • Psychedelic trauma protocol work
  • EMDR · Brainspotting · SE · Parts work

Phase 4

Relational
Healing

As individual trauma resolves, healing naturally expands into relationships. Clients begin asking how to bring this work into their partnership — practicing repair, vulnerability, and intimacy in real time.

  • Trust with partners
  • Vulnerability and repair
  • Intimacy and erotic reconnection
  • Attachment dynamic awareness

Offerings supporting this phase

  • Couples Intensives
  • Couples Medicine Weekends
  • Trigger Party workshops

Phase 5

Embodied
Living

At this stage, healing becomes integration. The work is less about processing trauma and more about living fully — from the body, with freedom, with trust in oneself.

  • Triggers have less power
  • Anxiety no longer dominates
  • Deep trust in the body's wisdom
  • Freedom and creativity in daily life

Integration support

  • EMDR integration sessions
  • Continued medicine work when appropriate
  • Relational and creative practices

A layered,
integrated approach.

Each modality is not a standalone offering.
They are woven together inside a single
therapeutic relationship — yours.

Foundation Modality

Somatic
Experiencing

Somatic Experiencing is what I call the somatic DBT of the body. While cognitive approaches focus on the mind, SE instills awareness of triggers at a nuanced somatic level — teaching the nervous system its own language.

SE is woven into every part of my work — my Ketamine sessions, my EMDR, my integration work. My clients' SE practice is what prepares, reinforces, maintains, and nourishes everything we achieve in session. It is the soil in which all other healing grows.

Particularly well-suited for

  • Chronic activation, hypervigilance, or a system that cannot fully rest
  • Residual body symptoms that remain after cognitive work is complete
  • Preparing the nervous system for deeper medicine containers
  • Maintaining and integrating gains from EMDR or ketamine sessions

Medicine Entry Point

Ketamine-
Assisted Therapy

Ketamine was first developed in the 1960s as an anesthetic and has been used globally since — in emergency rooms and hospitals worldwide, including in pediatric surgery. The World Health Organization lists it as an essential medicine. Its safety profile is exceptional.

In our container, I use microdosed Ketamine within the PSI (Psychedelic Somatic Institute) protocol. This medicine's superpower is relaxing the amygdala — creating an observer space from which long-entrenched triggers can finally be met without overwhelm.

Options range from subtle daily micro-dosing, to micro-dosing during session, to our full 3-day Ketamine Intensive. Shelf life of one hour. Low side effects. An ideal first entry into the psychedelic container.

Particularly well-suited for

  • Those who loop, perseverate, or experience OCD and panic attacks
  • Anxiety spirals that are not logical and resist cognitive approaches
  • Clients who have done significant PTSD processing and need a somatic reset
  • Pre-verbal, non-verbal, or repressed body memories
  • Preparing the body for deeper psychedelic work

We let the body not the mind lead. A bottoms-up model where the body speaks first.

Trauma Clearance

EMDR +
ART Hybrid

My brand of EMDR combines traditional bilateral stimulation protocols with a deeper somatic focus. Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) layers on top — working more intuitively, somatically, and outside the story. This hybrid allows us to release the narrative stored in the body rather than rehearsing the cognitive version of it.

When a trauma memory is frozen in the right brain — the pre-verbal, sensorial, body-memory side — traditional talk therapy cannot reach it. EMDR + ART creates bilateral movement that allows the frozen memory to complete its processing cycle.

Clients leave more resourced and anchored than with traditional EMDR. Trauma clears in 1–3 sessions instead of the usual 3–10.

Particularly well-suited for

  • Those who don't want to re-tell or re-live the story
  • Non-English speakers, teens, and men
  • Specific incidents or defined trauma events
  • Clients who want faster resolution with lasting anchoring

Outside the story. Inside the body. Where the work actually lives.

Signature Protocol · Most Advanced

The PSI
Protocol

The PSI (Psychedelic Somatic Institute) protocol is what makes this container singular. It combines Somatic Experiencing and the full weight of the therapeutic relationship — so that the therapist is truly present inside your journey. Not watching. Not waiting. Inside.

The PSI model is deeply relational and embodied. While many other protocols ask clients to travel alone, clients in this container feel accompanied throughout. Presence, therapeutic touch, and the full toolkit of EMDR and Somatic Experiencing are available at every moment of the journey.

Aimed at illuminating dissociation — and disabling the strategies we use to avoid or circumvent stored, unresolved somatic memory — this protocol creates a carefully scaffolded container in which we pause all purposeful movement and simply listen for what the body has been holding.

Particularly well-suited for

  • Pre-verbal, non-verbal, or repressed body memories
  • Dissociation and avoidant strategies the nervous system has built over decades
  • Residual somatic symptoms or traumatic loops that have not resolved through other means
  • Attachment wounds and early relational trauma
  • Those who don't remember their trauma but feel it everywhere

Psychedelic Somatic Institute protocol · Relational · Embodied · Inside the journey

For 90 minutes, we allow what has never had space to surface. The therapist is not outside the door. She is inside the room with you.

Many people learned
to adapt long before
they learned to feel.

Achievement formed. Competence formed. A life that looked, from the outside, like everything it was supposed to be.

But the inner mirror — the one that reflects identity back to itself — was often missing. The self that formed was shaped by what the world required, not by what was real.

At some point the nervous system stops performing and starts asking for something deeper. A return to the self that never fully had space to emerge.

  • Founders, executives, and high-performing professionals
  • Cross-cultural leaders carrying the weight of adaptation
  • Those who succeeded early — but at a cost they are only now naming
  • People whose talk therapy has plateaued, whose body still holds what the mind processed years ago
  • Anyone standing at a threshold, ready for a new nervous system to carry them through

Trained in depth.
Present in person.

Growing up between cultures taught me something early — many people learn how to adapt long before they learn how to feel fully themselves. That incongruence became the soil of my clinical framework.

With 16 years in somatic psychotherapy and training across EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, IFS, and the PSI protocols, I bring an unusual convergence of clinical rigor and ceremonial sensitivity.

Before clinical work, I trained as a designer at RISD and worked at Apple, Oracle, and Silicon Graphics. I bring the same intentionality to a healing container that I once brought to design. Structure matters. So does the space inside it.

The Safety of Us

Our journey
begins with us.

The sole differentiating factor between medicine work and psychedelic-assisted therapy — having your therapist as your guide.

Having been a recipient of medicine alone, in a group container, with an individual guide and with peer guides — I stand amazed to experience the difference first hand.

Even with my very best intentions, I notice my nervous system goes deeper, easier and faster knowing that the person who holds me holds my history, my resources, and can pivot with a rich menu of trauma modalities.

Our medicine container is ONE container — not a series of different ones, contexts, and guides. It sits on the foundation of years of therapeutic trust and knowledge earned the old fashioned way: through time.

What makes this
container different.

Medicine Work
Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy
A guide who meets you in the session
A therapist who carries your full history
Ceremony or facilitation container
Clinical therapeutic container
Journey support, post-session integration
Live intervention during the journey itself
Multiple contexts and guides over time
Single relationship across the entire arc
Depth limited by what the guide knows of you
Depth proportional to the trust built over years
One

One container.
Not a series.

Our medicine container is not a collection of separate contexts and guides. It sits on the foundation of years of therapeutic trust, earned the old fashioned way — through time.

One

One guide
inside your journey.

While many protocols ask clients to travel alone, the PSI model places your therapist inside the work with you — present, intervening, integrating in real time with the full toolkit available.

16

Years of somatic
depth behind every session.

The sole differentiating factor between medicine work and psychedelic-assisted therapy: having your therapist — not just a guide — as the person who holds you. That is what changes everything.

Questions,
gently answered.

What is the Mirror Session, and do I have to start there?
The Mirror Session is a 90-minute intake designed for people who want a clear map before committing to a container. It is not required — those ready to enter a longer intensive may do so directly. The $500 fee is applied toward any subsequent container.
What is the difference between Catalyst, Alchemy, and Evolution?
Catalyst (3 months) is for targeted, focused work with clear goals. Alchemy (6 months) respects the nervous system's natural rhythm and uses medicine for both trauma and resourcing. Evolution (12 months) transforms medicine into a sustained spiritual practice — a year of monthly inquiry before micro-trauma calcifies.
What does a medicine session actually look like?
Each medicine session is approximately 6 hours — preparation, the journey, and immediate integration, all held by Tania as your sole guide. Your history, resources, and therapeutic relationship are present and active throughout. This is what distinguishes psychedelic-assisted therapy from a facilitated ceremony.
What is the PSI Protocol?
PSI combines Somatic Experiencing and the therapeutic relationship in a way that allows your guide to be present inside your journey — illuminating dissociation and allowing pre-verbal body memories to emerge safely. It is what makes this container unlike any other.
What is included in your fees?
You pay for time and access to a complete, ever-expanding skillset — in every encounter. Whether in medicine, somatic therapy, or couples intensives, 16 years of expertise moves through each session. No tiered pricing based on modality.
How is medicine work different from recreational use?
Every research study confirms: set and setting determine the experience. What differentiates medicine from recreational use is intention — the commitment to bringing these substances into the service of healing. That intention, inside a carefully scaffolded therapeutic container, changes everything at the level of the subconscious.
Why not do this alone or with friends?
Your nervous system has spent years in survival mode. Its defenses are well-oiled and will return after each journey without sustained support. In the right container, guided by a clinician who knows your full history, the system is willing to go far deeper — because it knows it is held.
Do you accept insurance?
Insurance is not billed directly. Comprehensive documentation is provided for out-of-network reimbursement. You may check your eligibility here.
